Mitutoyo Profile Projector

The profile projector measures internal and external surface curves that traditional tools cannot, such as arcs, non-flat surfaces, grooves, or radii on pipe inner diameters. The measured profile data allows for precise measurement of distances and heights between specified points.

Keyence IM-8000 Automatic Measurement System

Using a CCD lens to magnify images and compare coordinates with an optical scale, this system accurately calculates the required coordinates and dimensions. The 2.5D flat surface measurement automatically scans points, lines, circles, angles, arcs, and combined measurements, improving both precision and efficiency.

Mitutoyo Surface Roughness Tester

This tester can perform both skidless and skid measurements, ensuring precise straightness of the guide rails. It measures surface roughness, waviness, and fine step shapes, and is suitable for measuring various surfaces, including circular, radial, elliptical, and tilted surfaces. It meets JIS, ISO, and ANSI roughness standards.
